Awhile back Angie Ramirez of a http://www.littleinspiration.com/ blog had a contest to win one of her crafty pieces, a beautiful toddler bow! I participated and was so caught off guard when she told me I had won!! I hardly ever win anything! haha

Wives of Faith Featured My blog!!!!
I was very excited to hear yesterday that my blog was featured on the Wives Of Faith site. This is so exciting! She talks about my couponing. Very cool. Here is the link to the site: http://www.wivesoffaith.org/july-blog-spotlight-2
I first found Wives of Faith back in 2008-2009 when I was searching for Military Spouse groups online one night. I was so lonely and was unsure if would make this Deployment on my own as a quazi-single mom. I was immediately contacted by their organization and they were so quick to help and answer any questions I had about deployments and surviving a year without your husband. They continued to pray for me and I joined their email list and was uplifted by Sarah Horn's devotional.
Sarah finished her book in 2010 "God Strong: The Military Wife's Spiritual Survival Guide." I highly recommend this book.
"Wives of Faith is a faith-based military wives support organization that began when an active Army wife and a Navy Reservist wife who were both going through deployments met for lunch in Nashville, TN one day..........."
Read more about their story here: http://www.wivesoffaith.org/new-here/our-story
I don't know where you are in this Military journey, but if you are like me you can't go down this road alone. Whether Army, Marine, Navy or Airforce, we spouses must stick together. Please let me know if I can ever pray for you, listen or share experiences.
