Elmo's Potty Time: Sesame Street

Tinkle, Tinkle Little Star (To the tune of "Twinkle, Twinkle")
Tinkle, tinkle you're the star.
You're a big girl; yes, you are.
Use the potty; yes, you can
Then you know to wash your hands
Tinkle, tinkle you're the star.
You're a big girl; yes, you are.
Tinkle, tinkle you're the star.
You're a big girl; yes, you are.
No more diapers. No more mess.
Use the potty. Yea! Success!
Tinkle, tinkle you're the star.
You're a big girl; yes, you are.
Tinkle, tinkle you're the star.
You're a big girl; yes, you are.
Use the potty; wash your hands
Wear the big girl  training pants
Tinkle, tinkle you're the star.
You're a big girl; yes, you are.

We love to sing this song! :)

  1. Very helpful, thanks! I'm thinking we may start potty training around Kaylan's birthday. She's already started tugging at her diaper when ever she goes. I'm hoping we have success with it within the year. Thanks for the video clips, she will love them!

  3. Hey Tracy! I hope it goes easy and quick for you to! I have the SuperNanny book and I've been taking her tips to. Madi has the potty down, now we're working on eliminating accidents. She's going longer and longer without them, she just gets real excited and doesn't want to stop from playing to go potty. Especially at the park..the park is ruining the potty training right now! lol

Mcdancer- I just saw that Elmo video recently, my daughters love Elmo..what is it about that puppet??? :)

  6. Very helpful video! Thanks for sharing it. My 2 year old son doesn't want to wear diapers anymore, and I am getting a head ache on how will I encourage him to sit on his potty trainer. Thanks to you.

  7. Thanks Carolyn! I jump started her with the 3 day potty training plan. I didn't buy the program just read information online in forums and that helped her pick up the concept and now she will go all the time, but we are just having an issue with accidents. Maybe you could try that..a jump start might help him. :) Good luck! Potty training is hard work!
